Children and adolescents with congenital aortic stenosis often need multiple reoperations due to early intervention and somatic growth. When valve replacement is considered, selecting an optimally sized prosthesis is essential. The Konno aortoventriculoplasty enables annular enlargement to accommodate larger valves.
