Enterovesical fistula is a rare complication of genitourinary tuberculosis and may be difficult to diagnose, particularly in the setting of impaired renal function. We report a 41-year-old woman with chronic kidney disease and bilateral obstructive uropathy secondary to treated genitourinary tuberculosis.
